Proverbs 22:6 says “Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.” We believe that training our children to love God and His Word should be done in fun and interactive ways.

Sunday School (Sundays, 9:15)

Through age specific classes from preschool to sixth grade, our kids learn the lessons and events of both the Old and New Testaments in instructive and activity based classes. Throughout the elementary school years, our kids see the continuity of the Scriptures and learn the message of hope found in Jesus Christ.

Calvary Kids (Sundays, 10:45)

With songs and puppets, lessons and games, Calvary Kids encourages our children to grow in their love for God. Kids become familiar with key characters, events and the organization of the Bible. The Scriptures are taught as divinely inspired, literally understood, and practical to everyday life.

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School is a week of great games, exciting lessons, loud music, and the truth of God’s Word. In recent years our sanctuary has become a missionary airstrip, a bayou and even a giant igloo, all for the purpose of teaching our kids the truth of the Bible through fun and engaging activities.

Harvestfest

We set aside the last weekend of October to celebrate God’s goodness to us. With hayrides and bonfires, music in the barn and costume contests for kids of all ages, the Harvestfest reminds our Kids that “Every good and perfect gift comes from above…” (James 1:17)
